CHRIS S. SEKELLA
Co-Founder & Principal
Chris Sekella is a co-Founder & Principal of Quad Innovations LLC. With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, Chris prides himself on building teams and organizations that have passion for the industry.
Chris attended Ohio State University and began his professional career at Worthington Industries, where he had 23 years of increasing responsibilities in several different roles including commercial, operational, and P&L ownership. In 2018, Chris joined UPG Enterprises LLC, a privately held operator of diversified industrial companies, headquartered in Oak Brook, IL. As Executive Vice President of US Operations, Chris oversaw all aspects of UPG’s 12 portfolio companies across 22 locations in North America. Additionally, he was a part of the M&A team for six of the 12 of the UPG acquisitions.
Chris currently resides in Naperville, IL with his Wife and two children.

GLENN DOUGLAS TACKETT, Jr.
Co-Founder & Principal
Doug Tackett is a co-Founder and Principal of Quad Innovations LLC, bringing over 25 years of business and legal experience. Doug began his professional career as a sales representative in Seattle, WA and Omaha, NE, for Porter Cable, a maker of high-quality power tools, gaining valuable experience in manufacturing and sales. Doug’s two-decade legal career began as a litigation and commercial transaction attorney with the national law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC in Nashville, TN. Doug then transitioned to in-house legal positions with a move to HCA Healthcare, Inc., a Fortune 100 company.
Doug’s career as a corporate attorney included roles of ever-increasing responsibility with various companies that culminated in his appointment as General Counsel for Startek, Inc. a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange, in 2013. Doug spent over seven years with Startek, concluding as the Global Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Secretary, leading a global team of legal and compliance professionals serving a company with 50,000 employees operating in 13 countries. Doug subsequently served as Chief Legal Officer of Support.com, a publicly traded company, where he oversaw all legal, governance, and compliance functions and as Chief Legal Officer of Ascent Industries Co., another public company traded on NASDAQ.
Doug is a resident of Brentwood, TN where he lives with his wife and two sons. Doug holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

JASON K. WELCH
Co-Founder & Principal
Jason K. Welch is a co-Founder and Principal of Quad Innovations LLC. Jason works closely with the Principals of the firm in providing broad corporate initiatives, investment strategy/evaluation, and operational oversight.
Over the past 20 years, Jason has held various senior positions within finance, capital markets, facilities, planning, and manufacturing. Prior to co-founding Quad Innovations, Jason graduated Southern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree and began his career in finance, working over the next decade for several large financial institutions including Royal Bank of Scotland, Fifth Third, and Wintrust. He then joined InSite (National Real Estate Developer) and UPG Enterprises LLC (National Steel Processor & Distributor), headquartered in Oak Brook, IL. Jason oversaw all aspects of the private equity commercial real estate arm within InSite. Acquisitions under the platform totaled more than 3.2 million square feet and $200 Million of assets under management. Additionally, he spearheaded Capital Markets for InSite with over $1.7 Billion financed, comprised of built-to-suits and acquisitions. Sectors included industrial, retail, office, and medical across all of North America, Europe, and Puerto Rico. While at UPG, Jason collaborated on multiple fronts including company acquisitions, facility management, procurement, corporate real estate, strategy/planning and various corporate initiatives.
A native of Illinois, Jason currently resides in Brentwood, TN with his Wife and four children.
